Todd’s apple class from College of the Atlantic came to farm. We sat at the long wooden table under the grape arbor for the better part of the day and reviewed the Geneva trip. Skylar talked about tasting apples and apple flavors, and I talked about the phenotypic names of apple characteristics. It was delightful way to spend time on a late-summer day in Maine.
